The given coordinates, 44°26′82″N 27°63′27″E, are wrong — you can't have more than 59 seconds in a minute, nor 59 minutes in a degree. Perhaps it should be 44°16′06″N 27°37′58″E / 44.2682°N 27.6327°E (=44°16′06″N 27°37′58″E / 44.2682°N 27.6327°E)? Google Maps suggests 44°16′7″N 27°35′19″E / 44.26861°N 27.58861°E; there's nothing right there, but there's a built-up area along the river a km to the south.
