Updates on NCAA Vacated Wins
While researching some information on bowl games, I came across this resource: http://fs.ncaa.org/Docs/stats/football_records/2015/bowls.pdf
It is very clear that the NCAA considered the 2006 Rose Bowl loss by USC to be vacated as well. This has been handled inconsistently... everywhere.
