Originally (early 2017) this article was created significantly WP:TOOSOON, and deleted (although with little input from either side, only a single "Delete" response). Over 6 years later, this is no longer the case, so I have re-created this article from scratch. There are several relevant, non-routine, reliable, secondary sources (primarily the Calgary Herald and Calgary Sun) These sources effectively demonstrate WP:GNG.
