Clear evidence of notability[edit]
Subject is clearly notable, to these eyes anyway, and in the eyes of whoever approved the page.
Jeffries is notable because he has been the subject of multiple profiles in national broadsheet newspapers - not mentions, but first-person interviews. If he wasn't notable, those papers wouldn't bother. That ought to be enough, but the fact that he is the son of one of Britain's best known character actors ought to swing it
I hope that him being a drag performer is not driving the suggestion of non-notability.
