Section on 'notable' quotes[edit]

I've removed the section on "notable quotes". For one thing, a list of quotes, none of which is given any specific context, is nothing more than trivial 'fan cruft'. And for another, such a list is inherently point-of-viewish, because there is no objective way to determine why a particular quote is "notable". On top of all that, the entire section was cited en masse to a DVD with no indication of where on the DVD the particular quote appeared. Much as we would insist on having a page number for a citation to a book, we can also insist on being told where (i.e., how many minutes and seconds into the DVD) to look for the quote. Without that information, it becomes virtually impossible to verify the accuracy of the posted information. NewYorkActuary (talk) 05:49, 13 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Section on 'financial indulgences'[edit]

Although the issues raised in this section are worthy of discussion in the article, they raise concerns under the rules for biographies of living persons. Much of what was written here was uncomplimentary to the parties (who are still living), and yet the entire section was cited en masse to a single DVD. Without being told precisely where on the DVD each allegation is mentioned, it becomes impossible to verify that the article does indeed remain true to its source. For that reason, I blanked the entire section. NewYorkActuary (talk) 05:59, 13 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
