Notability[edit]

It does have Ed Begley Jr. in it and Angela Kinsey (The Office). I've seen some really bad movies with no A-list celebrities on here, but it does have people who get invited to the Oscars. I'm admittedly biased because I work for the production company and I only want to contribute with good intentions and not make it sound like an advertisement. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Alec917 (talkcontribs)

Since you work for the production company, may I point out the rules about conflicts of interest? Please become familiar with them. And may I point out that Ed Begley Jr. appears in a lot of non-notable projects (including local cable commercials). He is a hard-working actor who occasionally shines, but that doesn't make every one of his projects notable. Please refer to the guideline about notability is not inherited. Since User:Alec917 has been upfront about saying he's connected with the production company, I'd like to point out the edits made just now by User:Jeffashy, which seemed to me to be overly promotional in tone. Please remember that the purpose of a Wikipedia article is to present relevant (and hopefully sourced) information in a neutral manner. It is not intended to be a promotional device.

I've left a message for Jeffashy pointing him to Wikipedia's rules on editing with a conflict of interest, in case he, also, has some professional connection with the film. It's not disallowed to edit an article you have a connection with, but it is against the rules to make biased edits to promote a product. The word should be passed to others who might be inclined to help out the film by skewing Wikipedia's coverage of it that it's not a particularly good idea, and that a number of people will be keeping an eye on the article, just in case. Agree with Beyond My Ken, and I support the clean-up done to make the article more neutral. Erik (talk) 20:54, 19 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thank You[edit]

You guys moved fast on this article. Are there tools that make editing Wikipedia easier with a Mac? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Alec917 (talkcontribs)
