Word-initial trill in Spanish?[edit]

Word-initially, the Spanish /r/ is often realized with a voiced stop that precedes the vocalic element of the trill. Since this is not universal, speakers of other languages that have trills (like Russian) perceive it as /dr/ cluster. This kind of sound follows the definition of a trilled affricate as given in this article, so I think it would make sense to mention it here. What does the community think?
