Text removed from article[edit]

An editor made a well-intentioned addition to this article inserting text relating to another company named Transatlantic Records. This US label is wholly unrelated to the original company. No connection whatsoever. The text has been removed. I am archiving it here in case it is required to be placed in a separate article about the US company - if it is ever deemed noteworthy enough to warrant an article. The removed text is presented below this post (all in italics) Davidpatrick (talk) 05:11, 7 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Transatlantic Records (USA) 2007-Present Transatlantic Records (USA) presently operates in New York City under the guidance of founder Gilbert Ott III. The Label was founded by a group of investors with the aim of positively contributing to the music industry with industry leading artist pay percentages, in house studios and boutique feel. The current roster is made up of rock/pop artists, most notably One Star Story.[1][2] [3]
