No coherence[edit]

In my view this article has no coherence, nor is it ever likely to in its present form. I propose moving the content to the appropriate topic-specific articles (e.g. Somatosensory system or Haptics for everything to do with the sense of touch), and then redirecting this article to Touch (disambiguation), making sure that all said articles are referenced from there. Since no-one has objected I have moved all the content to Haptic or Haptics as appropriate (those names need fixing incidentally), and redirected this one to the disambiguation page. Matt 20:29, 26 May 2007 (UTC)~.
