Untitled[edit]

Given that there's some dispute about where Skerritt's brother lives, and that this article is not about Skerritt's brother anyway, I've removed mention of him.

Could anyone who wants to mention the brother, provide a source for a/ Skerritt's having a twin brother and b/ where he lives? James James 03:48, 3 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The editor who added the remark is a consistent jokester (see User contrubutions), most of whose other edits have been removed. --Wetman 05:33, 3 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

"... the son of ...Roy Skerritt, who worked in business"[edit]

How about "Roy Skeritt, a businessman"? Wouldn't that be better? Thanks Kvsh5 (talk) 13:54, 13 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Career section[edit]

I have cut down the career section noticeably: It was a very long prose listing of roles of dubious notability, which belong in the cinematography. Due to unclarities in the original formulations (and my own lack of detail knowledge), I have left the first paragraph roughly as it was. I suspect that the article would benefit from further cuts here. In a judgement, call I have kept most of his recent activities; however, these too may benefit from cuts. 94.220.241.226 (talk) 18:47, 22 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'll take a look at it as I'm going to be getting to know him personally over the next few weeks. Jason021388 (talk) 23:50, 10 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The Red Badge Project[edit]

Can we perhaps include his recent work with the Red Badge Project? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jason021388 (talkcontribs) 21:45, 4 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Citation[edit]

in the movie "ted" one of the characters is bragging about that he met Tom Skerrit, showing a photo of their meeting each other. I remember that this was mentioned in other movies in a similar way. Is this some kind of running gag? Can anybody tell more about this phenomenon?--139.1.144.106 (talk) 14:37, 3 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Spouses[edit]

Doesn't Wikipedia normally list spouses in chronological order? This article lists them backwards. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 110.171.151.43 (talk) 11:39, 1 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
