Birthplace[edit]

Aside from one specific reference, there are only two sources for this article: IMDB.com and Find-a-grave. Both of those sources say he was born in Lucerne, Switzerland, contrary to what the article says. One of them says he was born in 1878. Fandago.com says he was born in Kokomo, Indiana (also in 1878).
