Removed fan site URL from infobox[edit]

I removed the fan site URL from the infobox per the Template:Infobox person instructions: "Official website only." The instructions say unofficial URLs should be moved to the external links section; however, fan sites don't belong there either per WP:FANSITE. --momoricks 19:21, 10 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Bully Maguire[edit]

We also need to add this "Bully Maguire" meme to this page, because this is gaining a cult following now a days. We may add this to his legacy section something. HeroNumberZero (talk) 18:04, 4 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure there is a need to add a somewhat random meme - that really has nothing to do with the actual person - to this BLP article... Shearonink (talk) 18:26, 4 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

“Maguire reportedly stole the game.” This is really unclear wording, and the word “stealing” is pejorative. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.181.193.59 (talk) 02:49, 12 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Also, he was not the person who stole the game, according to history vs. Hollywood. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.181.193.59 (talk) 03:06, 12 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

There seems to be no evidence of the allegation. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.181.193.59 (talk) 09:07, 14 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

However, some suggest it was Maguire’s game to begin with, so there does not seem to be any clarity to the story at all. Either way, the allegation in the article should be deleted, and not confused with a film that is a dramatization. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.181.193.59 (talk) 09:28, 14 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Spider-Man no way home[edit]

At this point they are basically confirmed for the movie because of all the leaks 2600:6C54:4E00:E71:6408:B796:8845:FF1B (talk) 18:12, 16 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

We don’t make changes to these articles based on leaks. Independent, strong, reliable sources are needed for changes like these and at this point, there are none. Spf121188 (talk) 12:42, 18 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

"There are none" - several reviews and articles, actually. Plus I've seen the movie, he's definitely in it. ¬¬¬¬ — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jim Pleiades Hawkins (talkcontribs) 07:57, 17 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Fan mail Address or email address[edit]

I am simply seeking a fan mail address and think the page could be improved by having one linked or directed to where one can be found. 75.175.145.243 (talk) 09:15, 25 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Misspelling[edit]

Under Tobey Maguire's "Personal Life", there is a misspelling of "Universal Studios".

Here is the sentence in question: "Meyer's father, Universal Studos head Ronald Meyer, reportedly helped Maguire regain his job after being fired from Spider-Man 2 in 2003." 98.148.182.19 (talk) 02:48, 15 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

 Fixed. InfiniteNexus (talk) 05:21, 25 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Uncredited actor spot[edit]

Tobey McGuire was in the Fred Savage film, "The Wizard" very briefly and uncredited as a child actor. 2600:1004:B107:DC1A:89B0:E55:1C04:FACE (talk) 02:57, 7 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
