Untitled[edit]

Is this too much like an advertisement? I'm thinking of the 'awards' section, the list of publications with their ISBN nos, and the perhaps over-extensive amount of links? 80.69.30.249 (talk) 16:25, 24 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Bibliography[edit]

A list of publications - with ISBNs of course - should be included with every author. Wikipedia is the choice when you're looking for what the person published. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 176.198.182.167 (talk) 07:10, 12 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Age[edit]

The box in the top right-hand corner gives his age as "43-44". The date of his birth is given as September 2017, which would make him 43 at the time of typing this (August 2017) and 44 by the end of next month (September 2017). Vorbee (talk) 10:40, 28 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Date in which Bachelor degree awarded[edit]

This article says that Harford received a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics and then says that he gained an M. Phil. in Economics in 1998. Since it puts in the date he received his M.Phil., should this article not also put in the year in which he received his Bachelor's degree? Vorbee (talk) 19:10, 9 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

You would need a source for that. Given that the MPhil course is 2 years he couldn't have got it before 1996, and given his age it is unlikely he got it before 1994, but that's not good enough to include. Jonathan A Jones (talk) 19:52, 9 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
