Under “Selected further commissions,” the address given for Wallack's Theater, 728 Broadway, is incorrect. That number is at Waverly Place, 7 blocks to the south (as can be seen on Google Street View). I have e-mailed the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission, which has acknowledged receipt, but not the error.

The Perris & Browne “fire insurance atlas” of New York (1857-62) shows that Wallack’s Theatre occupied 842-846 Broadway.

The website Internet Broadway Data Base gives 844.

According to Phelps (p. 329), Wallack's 13th Street theatre was sketched by John Montague Trimble (his last design work before going blind), and the design was finished by Jackson, whom Phelps refers to as Trimble's student. Vzeebjtf (talk) 07:15, 8 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
