I propose that we rename this article from being about the person to being about the crime - leaving a redirect of course. The new name could be "Shooting of Thomas Eyre Lambert" or similar (i.e. like articles lots of "Murder of <person>" articles). The reason is that the person is, AFAICS, (for a global encyclopedia) non-notable. The crime may be WP:notable, but the person isn't (see WP:ONEEVENT). Note: I'm not intending to remove any information from the article. The main effect of the rename would be to change which categories the article is in - e.g. removing Category:1820 births and adding Category:1869 crimes and Category:Violence in Ireland.
