Why is this linked to? It's a page featuring a cover of the song by some band, and not only is it not very good, but the site is all en français. I don't see how this adds to the article at all. Image copyright problem with Image:Chaos and Creation in the Back Yard.jpg[edit]

The image Image:Chaos and Creation in the Back Yard.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here.
