Often wonder why we need the refs in the lead, the material there should be reiterated and expanded upon in the main body and can be referenced there.

Not much really to add, I was initially worried about balance, but there seems to be a reasonable selection of views in the reception section, and everything else is pretty trivial, so feel free to let me know as and when you might have addressed them.
