There is no reference for any evidence that an Apple II version existed.
MobyGames does not list an Apple II release.
People with experience in the platform do not recall the game. It is certainly not appropriate to imply that it was well received on the Apple II. Roughana (talk) 01:09, 20 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
