The Cookies[edit]

This page does not mention anything about The Cookies (the American group) who were, to the best of my knowledge, a forerunner for The Raelettes. I don't know an awful lot about the history of either group but I think something of the connection between them should be said if anyone out there knows about it. KCET / Canada[edit]

The article states that the concert "was televised on KCET in Canada" which is very confusing, since KCET is a TV station in Los Angeles. Should this instead read the concert was "recorded by KCET of Los Angeles for broadcast" or the concert was "recorded in Canada by KCET of Los Angeles"? —Preceding unsigned comment added by ErikRP (talkcontribs) 15:50, 7 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have been unable to find any reference to KCET recording or broadcasting the Ray Charles with the Edmonton Symphony concert. Unfortunately, many web sites have repeated this information based, apparently, solely on this wikipedia article so it seems even more important that this info be properly sourced or removed. In any case, since the info is currently unsourced and since this one concert is a relatively minor event in the history of the Raelettes, I have deleted this line from the article for now. If anyone can provide good citation / source material, please include it here or directly in the article if you choose to replace the Edmonton Symphony info. Correct spelling[edit]

I've seen this group's name spelled "Raelettes", "Raeletts" and "Raelets". Can someone identify a definitive / authoritative source for the correct spelling? Pugetbill (talk) 15:52, 18 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
