Game 5 of the 1975 World Series[edit]

The Classic TV Archive and the Internet Movie Database (IMDb) both mention that an episode was shown on October 16, 1975. This information is incorrect because NBC pre-empted the entire Thursday regular programming in order to televise Game 5 of the 1975 World Series. The article for Fay, the television program that followed this one on the network's Thursday broadcast schedule that season, also shows the same mistake, but not the one for Ellery Queen, the series that occupied the second hour of primetime. Unaired episodes[edit]

Based on television listings from both The New York Times and Chicago Tribune, two of the nine episodes listed in the Internet Movie Database (IMDb) were never telecast. "Here Comes The Priest" was originally scheduled for October 16, 1975, but was pre-empted along with the rest of NBC's regular Thursday lineup in favor of the network's broadcast of Game 5 of the 1975 World Series. Because this show and Fay ended its primetime runs on October 23, only one final episode of each was shown that night. The "Papa Pasta" episode was the other one that never aired. The Ink Daddy!
