What was the nationality of this entity?[edit]

The article seems to be written for English readers. The country of its origin and nationality of many persons named aren't identified. American members are identified as "American"—implying that their nationality was in exception to the organization's.

What is the "Photographic Society"? Identify its nationality. If it has an article in Wiki, hyperlink it.

At the very top, state e.g. "The Linked Ring was a British photo organization" (if that is true). Add more refs. to that country as appropriate, as well.
