Amal - what happened to her[edit]

The film does not reveal how Amal is doing. I assume the worst, that she died and they did not want to include that in the filem. I realize that this is projection. Anyone know? And how close is the film to the truth. Which events are dramatizations. Also, anyone have a list of where each shot was filmed? Was the parcour already available stock film or did the kids do this for the film? I saw the monument to the Mavi Marmara at eh beginning of the film, at the seaport.
