Additional, presently non-citable information[edit]

Over on the discussion forum www.mudcat.org, various persons have posted additional snippets of information which, however, cannot as yet be included in the article because they are not derived from "published sources" in the WP sense. However if at some point in the future these enter the "published" domain they can be included. Among these are...

  • The sisters supported Simon and Garfunkel in a concert at the Manchester Free Trade Hall
  • They shared a house for a while in Manchester with The Mathews Brothers
  • Marie married a University lecturer and lived in Manchester for a time with her husband and children; Francie and Bernie then joined the Mathews Brothers for a while; Francie married a Fireman in Dublin; one of them moved to France at one point
  • In 2007, a post from Dave Howard says: "I now own the Fender Villager 12 string played by the Grehan Sisters in the 60s. It's beautiful". (In other sources it is called a Shenandoah, however Villager looks correct from the photo/s)

Any more published sources (interviews etc.) on the above, or other, would be very useful! Regards - Tony Tony 1212 (talk) 23:15, 14 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
