It seems that they once had a website at thecircle.org.au, the domain name is still registered, but I could not connect to it (2008-06-23). Archive.org has history for the site from 2002 to 2007, with the latest at [1]. There's also a Savannah project page for it at [2]. In short it was once a real project, but seems to have gone quiet. Yes, it existed and had a small community. It died when Monash University, where most of its developers were, banned udp traffic (go figure). I still think it was one of the best p2p chat programs out there, with a very simple and intuitive interface. --Jaded-view (talk) 00:30, 1 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
