Help With Dj SKEE ARTICLE[edit]

i made and article about dj skee the games dj and a blackwallstreet dj. i have recently made a page about him but i need some people to help and contribute to it. since its hard to find information about the games dj. so yeah go to the page if u can and add some info if u have any. The Black Wall Street Records is a recording company founded by The Game.

As The Black Wall Street Records company is currently undergoing talks for a distribution deal. There is no official label distribution for the label right now and there is no one actually signed to the label until a distribution deal is finalized.

Therefore the following artists are affiliated and are most likely to be signed once complete.

Brief overview[edit]

  • Johnny Hooks- Johnny Hooks is from New Jersey. He is also the co-founder of The Black Wall Street Records. He is also working on other ventures with The Game such as 16 Bars magazine.
  • Charli Baltimore- After continuous delays in releasing her album, Charli Baltimore had decided to leave Murder Inc to join The Black Wall Street.
  • Ya Boy- San Francisco based artist who has one album out that was released before he got signed with Black Wall Street called Rookie of The Year. Ya Boy is supporting the Hyphy Movement, a style of music and dance associated with San Francisco Bay Area hip hop culture.
  • Nu Jerzey Devil- Nu Jerzey Devil, signed to The Black Wall Street label in 2004. He produced the single "300 Bars And Runnin'". He is currently working on some tracks for The Game's sophomore album "The Doctor's Advocate".
  • Life- previously an affillate to Big Fase 100, Life left Big Fase's Brazil and Wilimington Records to join The Black Wall Street.
  • Lil' Damu- This artist has signed to The Black Wall Street in 2006. Lil' Damu was featured on Nu Jerzey Devil's new mixtape on a track titled "Gang Bang".
  • Shyne- Previously of Def Jam records, Shyne signed to The Black Wall Street in 2006 after trouble with Def Jam concerning his last album and beef with 50 Cent.
  • DJ Skee - Is of the fastest growing underground deejays working with The Game. DJ Skee has assisted in aiding Nu Jerzey Devil in production of The Game's mixtapes. Ok, I agree with Realest about the G-Unit thing, but I also agree with Shady on this one about BWS. I don't understand why we can't really list oter people. I was just wondering the same thing for a while. --JpGrB
To be honest, I would like to list them also, however, before I came here to kind of take care of the article (revert vandalism, remove unsourced statements, formatting, etc.) an administrator was here and he reverted everytime people added the other (non-notable (you have to admit that they are not notable yet)) members of the roster. I just trying to do what an administrator does, ask User:Swatjester, he is the guy that reverted before. Have a talk with him if you wish (although he already talked to Shadyaftrmathgunit), and have him explain why you can't add. I don't think you read my response. I DON'T KNOW. I am just doing what an administrator is doing, if I don't revert, he will probably revert it himself. He probably has a good reason to do so. We need a reliable source.[edit]

But those artists up right now aren't apart of this label anymore. Also, I heard that they got distribution from Warner? ISSUES WITH "BIG J" "YA BOY" & MIXTAPES[edit]

Artist "Big J" is not signed with Black Wall Street Records and is only affiliated, Ya Boy is signed to his own imprint "Precise Music Group". Unless any other sources come from a credible source e.g, interview with Black Wall Street Staff or a roster from an offical website these artists cannot be classed as "signed". Wikipedia states that credible sources are used, these sources you provide are either from Torrent websites or from an unaffiliated Europe site - and since there has been no confirmation from Black Wall Street about these signings there cannot be no credible source. The European site "BWS" Europe are in no way affiliated with Black Wall Street Records, they are simply a fan site set up for european fans of Black Wall Street. I understand that members who run the website have met with members of BWS whilst in europe but this however does not qualify as credible sources. Artist "Big J" is not signed to Black Wall Street, merely affiliated and held as a european counterpart. Ya Boy is signed to his own imprint Precise Music Group and though it has been speculated he may be signed with Black Wall Street, unless it comes from his mouth or an offical member of Black Wall Street this cannot be used as a source - I am not running a hate campaign or trying to dismantle this wiki page but I was one of the founders of this wiki page and know that without credible sources coming from Game or an offical Black Wall Street member 99% of the time they are just rumors . There is no need for an arbitrator, you cannot post non credible sources - simple as. However I have requested that someone look over the matter, I believe an eaiser way to settle this however is to create a "Affiliated Artists" section - this being artists that have rumored to be working with Black Wall Street or even signed but yet have no credible source to use.
