Sent home

  • In my opinion, dismissed sounds stronger. "sent home" is kind of soft. Kiwidude 20:33, 22 April 2006 (UTC)

Second Season

Is it too early to discuss second season? I think the paragraph discussing that should be removed. thoughts? Kiwidude 04:40, 28 October 2005 (UTC)

You just don't fit in

OK, you should all be aware Apprentice fans that "You're Fired" is strictly Donald Trump territory. Martha's catchphrase is "You just don't fit in." Instead of putting "Fired" on the one eliminated, it should be either "Dismissed" or "Out". Try to differentiate Martha's territory from The Donald's. — Vesther 23:20, 27 September 2005 (UTC)

I agree, but Vesther, you just don't fit in. Goodbye. --File:Ottawa flag.png Spinboy 23:22, 27 September 2005 (UTC)
She didn't say it this week, we may have to re-evaluate this in the article. --File:Ottawa flag.png Spinboy 03:46, 29 September 2005 (UTC)
The phrase is acutally "Good-bye" not the much mocked "You Just don't fit in" which was specifically targeted at the person in question. Of course the Weakest Link used Good-bye already but it was part of an extended phrase. Falerin 04:21, 14 October 2005 (UTC)
I believe she just writes a letter as the "firing process" rather than a word or phrase.Kiwidude 03:10, 18 October 2005 (UTC)
I really liked "You just don't fit in." :-( --File:Ottawa flag.png Spinboy 06:05, 22 October 2005 (UTC)

So it's settled, we're gonna start Wikipedia:WikiProject write to Martha Stewart to get them to use it as her catch phrase. ;-) --File:Ottawa flag.png Spinboy 06:29, 23 October 2005 (UTC)

Current Event

Is the "current event" sign necessary? this article mearly reports a television show.Kiwidude 05:03, 6 October 2005 (UTC)

I think the "current event" mark is helpful because the content on the page is constantly changing with each week's episode. 71.195.206.168 00:24, 16 October 2005 (UTC)
If you look up "Current Event" in Wikipedia, the "current events" are not like this article. They're more like national and international events that have impacts or possible impacts on large groups of people. Furthermore, it doesn't take a "current event" sign to show that this article changes every week. A reader that simply reads the article will realize that the information changes every week.Kiwidude 03:14, 18 October 2005 (UTC)
      • Thank goodness, it's been removed!Kiwidude 06:03, 22 October 2005 (UTC)

Episode section

I added a tag to the article (because no section-specific one is available), but the episode section violates WP:NOT#IINFO, WP:OR and possibly WP:NOT#DIR. Rather than delete it, if someone could convert the section to prose and summarise it (which would be acceptable), I would be grateful. --tgheretford (talk) 14:28, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
