NPOV Dispute[edit]

After seeing that the article has been changed substantially since NPOV issue was raised, and verifying that the information currently residing on the page is of encyclopedic NPOV quality, I suggest we remove the NPOV tag. MarsInSVG (talk) 08:35, 3 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is the corrected diff of my addition of the {{pov}} tag. Give me an hour or so to review the article as it stands now. Thanks. CobaltBlueTony™ talk 16:37, 4 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

redress of my concerns[edit]

My current concern with this article now is the tone with which it is written. Specifically, it reads almost as if it were lifted from some promotional pamphlet. I'm having trouble determining notability as well, as I cannot find any independent sources which discuss the organization at any length, including media / new sources. It's probably notable, considering its continued existence and connection to a prominent university, but I just can't get to that point in my limited research thusfar. removing POV tag with no active discussion per Template:POV[edit]

I've removed an old neutrality tag from this page that appears to have no active discussion per the instructions at Template:POV:

This template is not meant to be a permanent resident on any article. Remove this template whenever:
  1. There is consensus on the talkpage or the NPOV Noticeboard that the issue has been resolved
  2. It is not clear what the neutrality issue is, and no satisfactory explanation has been given
  3. In the absence of any discussion, or if the discussion has become dormant.

Since there's no evidence of ongoing discussion, I'm removing the tag for now. If discussion is continuing and I've failed to see it, however, please feel free to restore the template and continue to address the issues. Thanks to everybody working on this one! -- Khazar2 (talk) 00:37, 21 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Noteworthiness[edit]

I agree that the current article does not reflect noteworthiness aside from the organization's relationship with Eisenhower. Part of the problem is that there is only one major project cited on this page. That project is from 2006 and the URL to it at the bottom of the page no longer functions. Nor can I find any recent citations about it on Google News. It would be good if other projects were added as well as any third party citations that demonstrate the prior impact of the Next Generation Project.JoLindaw (talk) 12:17, 5 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
