It's 100k employees in 50+ countries. Not sure why there's people that thought this wasn't worthy of Wikipedia. Jbanning22 (talk) 20:24, 22 June 2010 (UTC)

Zinga: I removed

MM Teleperformance is well known for its delivery of high volume brochure and information lines, rather than integrated customer service contracts. Agency staff are used to support these lines, as the one-dimensional nature of work leads to increased levels of staff turnover.

Because it does not seem Neutral, It is more like Advertisement. Do you have a way to write it just giving information about the way of working without sounding like putting an add for the company? Ziggrrauglurr 06:38, 10 October 2006 (UTC)

Merge proposal

I think, that Teleperformance USA should be merged into this article, as, they are basically the same company. What's everyone else think? --SXT4 05:32, 11 August 2007 (UTC)

As there were no comments for or against, within a month, I went ahead, and, completed the merge. —Preceding unsigned comment added by SQL (talkcontribs) 08:11, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
It's in 50 countries all with different subsidiaries. Teleperformance USA is just one. Read the annual report. Jbanning22 (talk) 20:22, 22 June 2010 (UTC)

Class Action Lawsuit - Add to article?

Should information about a pending class-action lawsuit against Teleperformance be added to the article? http://tpclassaction.com/index.html contains information and reference material regarding the case. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.180.47.249 (talk) 15:50, 31 May 2008 (UTC)

As there were no comments for or against, within several months, I went ahead and added the information as a subsection of Teleperformance USA information. 75.180.47.249 (talk) 18:45, 14 November 2008 (UTC)
And, I've re-added it, after it was removed by an IP registered to Teleperformance. SQLQuery me! 20:40, 24 December 2008 (UTC)

Problems with the Call Centre

There are many reports online, including myself, who receive calls from 866-616-6010, whereas the caller hangs up when answering, or leaving blank or static voicemails. The number belongs to Teleperformance. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.61.115.96 (talk) 00:13, 15 July 2009 (UTC)

should this be included http://www.pnj.com/article/20100203/BUSINESS/2030317/Pensacola-call-center-to-close-end-of-May —Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.69.223.249 (talk) 16:37, 3 February 2010 (UTC)

TP has 250+ call centers, with more openings than closings in the news. I think they recently bought out operations in Turkey and Costa Rica. I'm not sure if it would be considered wise to report every single opening or closing, this page would look like an advertisement. 124.83.5.246 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 18:09, 28 June 2010 (UTC).
Not surprisingly, their customers seem to get the blame for their robot diallers nagging individuals. See for instance this. Of course it's not a wp:RS, but it still makes it clear. LeadSongDog come howl! 03:02, 20 November 2010 (UTC)
Only problem with that statement is that they don't do robot dialers. They represent the companies you use. So let's pretend you are a cable Internet subscriber and that cable provider wants to make sure you are aware of new instructions about a firmware for your router and wants the folks to call you. They'll call you. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.83.5.246 (talk) 17:31, 17 January 2011 (UTC)
