Name change?[edit]

This isn't a formal move request, but isn't this entity almost universally called "TASS", aat least in the English-speaking world? It should have that name, just as our article on the Columbia Broadcast System is named "CBS".

Problem is, there is already a page TASS, and it lists a bunch of stuff. Most of the entries are pretty obscure, but there're a lot of them. Probably the Telegraph Agency of the Soviet Union is the #1 thing that people are looking for when they search for TASS, but then there's also ITAR-TASS, and each of the other entries probably get a few hits, so I suppose moving this article to just "TASS" and renaming the current TASS to "TASS (disambiguation)" isn't called for. So instead we could rename this article to "TASS (news agency)" (or possibly "TASS (Soviet Union)"). I think that'd be slight improvement. Herostratus (talk) 14:05, 3 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
