The statement "has written some of the most-successful films of the past 15 years" seems a bit of an overstatement to me. There's been many, many highly successful films in the past 15 years; this individual has co-written *some* films in the past 15 years. The statement implies that he's one of the most-successful screenwriters of the past 15 years; and if one looks over the list of films that he's helped to co-write, it's simply not true.
