What the hell is with this article?

One: "tare" literally means "sauce" in Japanese. This is like saying "sauce sauce".

Two: There are no sauces in Japan that are substantial or common enough to be representative of all Japanese sauces.

Three: I have never once heard the term "tare" or "tare sauce" in English.

As far as I can tell, this page, and every other mention of the word "tare sauce" is some abomination of what should be "soy-based sauce" or "teriyaki-like sauce" or something similar, but the author wanted to pretend to be smart by saying "sauce sauce".

I move for deletion of the article and removing every single mention of the word "tare sauce" to a more appropriate phrase, and banning anybody who has made edits to this article that weren't "what the hell is this?" from ever editing another article ever again.
