Amsterdam...[edit]

...in the continental part of the Netherlands: sure, I understand the rationale, but I don't think there would be much ambiguity, since there's no Amsterdam in Surinam, as far as I know, only a Nieuw-Amsterdam. Drmies (talk) 22:44, 19 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The point is to explain how she became an MP for the Netherlands. That she moved within the Kingdom of the Netherlands between Surinam and the continental part of the Netherlands is an important aspect of that. C mon (talk) 07:21, 20 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
