One of the notable criteria as defined on Wikipedia is "Has been the subject of a half hour or longer broadcast across a national radio or TV network."

The Tallis Festival was given 50 minutes coverage and was the main feature on BBC Radio 3's The Choir on 28 October 2007. It was referred to by the host of the programme as having already become an "autumn institution" and it was noted in particular for its contribution of new 40-part works for choir.

The host choir has also had other national radio and TV network coverage - see Talk: Exmoor Singers of London Chamber Choir
