Prehistory section POV[edit]

I added a POV flag to the article because of the prehistory section. The sentences around the word "bafflingly" seem very subjective, including the use of that word itself. Not sure of the best way to fix that paragraph because there may be some neutral point to make but I'm not sure I can write it. Something about the size and duration of the history prior to the modern controversies?
