Article Name[edit]

Transport for NSW site does state they are Sydney Metropolitan Bus 'Service' and not 'System' Contracts. [1][2] Mo7838 (talk) 07:20, 9 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

But these says 'System': [3] and [4]. I would rather standardise the name with the OMBSC wiki article.Marcnut1996 (talk) 10:07, 9 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Resurrecting this article in its own right.[edit]

This fully supported - it should never have been merged into the other article.Fleet Lists (talk) 03:25, 1 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

::Agree with retaining stand-alone article. The redirect appears to be one of those instigated by an editor who restructured many Sydney bus articles leaving a horrible mess. The target article is a high level overview with large sections of uncited text. See no benefit in merging this compact, reasonably well cited article. Ponyo98 (talk) 02:40, 2 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

This is a duplication of Talk:Bus operators in Sydney, please conduct all further discussion there. Ponyo98 (talk) 02:50, 2 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

History and Table[edit]

Now that the resurrection of this article has taken place I am planning to remove some of the history from the table and add it in prose as suggested in Talk:Bus_operators_in_Sydney#Proposal to reinstate Sydney Metropolitan Bus Service Contracts I will probably need a few weeks to do that. Any comments welcome.Fleet Lists (talk) 07:42, 18 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

This has now been done. Turned out larger than I had expected. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Fleet Lists (talkcontribs) 01:42, 22 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
