Acceptance at AFC[edit]

When in two minds about a topic that has been in the queue for a lengthy period as this one had, it is often better to let the community decide. Thus I have accepted this article knowing that it has faults. I judge it to have a better than 50% chance of surviving an immediate deletion process which is the guideline reviewers work by.
