Fair use rationale for Image:700TITLE.jpg[edit]

Image:700TITLE.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Outrageous[edit]

All the talk about 'outrageous' storylines seems to be original research to me. Lots42 (talk) 02:06, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Do you mean the content or the description of them as outrageous? The latter seems like opinion, yes. Most daytime soaps are known for pretty out there storylines. The page for Passions just says, "Storylines." Queer Scout (talk) 14:09, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Cast and crew[edit]

There is no mention that Dax Griffin's character died in 1999. I think it was mid '99 but the Tim Truman page says it was late October. If he died, then he obviously could not have been one of 14 original characters surviving to the end.

A list I compiled myself shows thirteen original characters that survived to the end, Tim Truman dying before the end. Even if Tim came back later, he was dead, as a part of a dream or fantasy.

There is no mention that Cole Deschanel was formerly calling himself Cole St. John. This change occurred somewhat after Eddie Cibrian took over the character, and possibly about the time that he and Caitlin Richards got married.

There is no mention of Priscilla Garita or Gabriela (Gabi) Martinez. Priscilla played the character Gabriela. She was not one of the original characters, but came into the show early or mid 1997.Jon (talk) 06:47, 2 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Don't know about Cole, but Dax Griffin's character was killed off on October 30, 1999 and kept appearing during November as a ghost that was haunting Tess. Griffin was never taken off contract (and removed from the credits), and he made that appearance in the final episode. Priscilla Garita joined the show on February 17, 1997 which was only a month after the premiere. Dmarex (talk) 12:07, 2 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Dax Griffin may or may not have been in contact. But his character died. Ghosts are not alive. So, I say he should be removed from that list of fourteen. Just make it thirteen.
Gabi was early, though I did not remember her being quite that early. I remember that she came up to Cole St. John (that was his name at that time) under false pretenses (I cannot remember exactly what pretenses). Later it was discovered that Gabi was Cole's half-sister (by way of Elaine Stevens, who was also Paula's mother). Some time in 1999, she and Father Antonio Torres supposedly had a sexual encounter when they thought they were both going to die. At the end of the show, Gabi married his brother Ricardo.Jon (talk) 13:41, 2 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Whole season 1 on DVD next year[edit]

I guess this means 2012. From what I know the only official box that exists contains the 12 first episodes only. Are there any sources to that the rest of season 1 is going to be released next year? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Karbuncle (talkcontribs) 19:45, 18 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
