The two dates listed in this article are contradicting. Which one is correct? Eric42 22:52, 10 August 2006 (UTC)

August 26th is correct, i've made the change. TJ Spyke 01:25, 12 August 2006 (UTC)

Actually its the 20th, did you even check the website or were you just too lazy to scroll down the bottom of the page and click on the WWE offical site link. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.28.125.228 (talkcontribs)

Summerslam 2007 is on August 26,2007. It's on the poster.

Location

Where is the link from WWE that its location has been moved? TJ Spyke 00:33, 5 November 2006 (UTC)

Their isn't one. --- Kings bibby win 04:58, 20 July 2007 (UTC)

Poster

Did anyone see the poster that I saw with Cena and Triple H facing off one it. Anyone know if it's real or fake gravediggerfuneral

The only poster i've seen had Rey Mysterio on it. No poster has been released by WWE, so any you see are most likely fake (although in the past I have seen some very good fake posters that looked real). TJ Spyke 03:19, 27 May 2007 (UTC)

Ive seen tha rey mysterio one and i was a fake straight away the names of the brands were wrong they stuck the times on there and also you can tell it was basicallt just photoshopped and WWE rarly put up the big posters for ppv's 2 months before it happens although they have aired the first promo be it about 20 seconds long if any of you watched WWE One Night Stand they aired a summerslam promo using the same tag line as last years one "The Biggest Party Of The Summer"Deadman lastride666 17:51, 6 June 2007 (UTC)Deadman_lastride666

Guess what this is a fact:

During a promotional ad for Summerslam during the WWE Draft, a tagline was added: "The biggest party of the summer...is getting crashed" followed by the trademark skull and cruches logo for the television show Jackass. Their involvment, or which members of the Jackass crew will be their are currently unknown. 12.41.14.138

Why no Jackass info?

WWE was running promos this past week.. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Nign0g1 (talkcontribs)

It's not notable. Besides, we have no (confirmed) info on which members will be there or what they will be doing. TJ Spyke 21:20, 17 June 2007 (UTC)

I think it is notable if there focusing there ad campign around it (Jw) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.35.104.109 (talkcontribs)

It's not focusing, it just mentions them (and briefly). TJ Spyke 02:33, 25 June 2007 (UTC)

ok but i think it shoud be mentioned if its included in a promo. heres how you could put it. "according to a promo run during vengeance 2007 it was annouced that the crew of jackass will beinvolved with the show.what cast members or in what capacity they will be used has yet to be announced" something like that. We don't really include stuff like that in PPV articles. If they wrestle in a match or somehow are involved in a match (like interfering or being in the corner with a wrestler), they may end up being included. Hell, they might be noted anyways in the note section after the PPV. Right now though, there isn't anything worth noting. So we may end up noting their involvement (depending on what they do), but not yet. TJ Spyke 03:48, 25 June 2007 (UTC)

Ok i agree with that glad we could have a civilzed conversation this time. and i apologize for the last incident. --Jwein 23:41, 15 July 2007 (UTC)

Poster is fake?

Are you sure that this is the real poster? On the tv-add, the Summerslam logo is different than in that poster. --84.249.219.50 16:41, 6 July 2007 (UTC)

It looks like it was made was photoshop and its blurry. --Jwein 23:44, 15 July 2007 (UTC)

The poster is right from iN DEMAND's website, so I doubt it's fake (since i've never seen them post a fake poster). It may not end up being the final one, but it's not fake. TJ Spyke 22:28, 6 July 2007 (UTC)
Yeah, usually iN DEMAND's are not fake, but I think it should be changed, cause like the IP said it looks photoshoped. -- Kings bibby win 22:40, 14 July 2007 (UTC)

I think that until the offical summerslam site is put up we should remove that poster even if it is from an affilate site. because of the low quality of it. --Jwein 23:45, 15 July 2007 (UTC)

It's also on WWE's official affiliates page: http://www.wweaffiliates.com/images/300x450sslam07.jpg. Chuck Quizmo 01:37, 17 July 2007 (UTC)

ok im retracting my previous statements because of the fact i got a package from wwe shop and there was a postcard thing for a summerslam promotion and lo and behold whats on the other side? the same poster with umaga and the jackass crew so we should leave it and thats that.--Jwein 05:13, 19 July 2007 (UTC)

Bam

Bam Margera wont be albe to make it due to his liver injury --User:Atomic Religione

And? It hasn't been confirmed which of the Jackasses (using it both ways) will be there. TJ Spyke 00:01, 7 July 2007 (UTC)
And if it has, is their a source. BTW, good one TJ Spyke. (haha) -- Kings bibby win 22:37, 14 July 2007 (UTC)
