@93.73.36.17: 1) Your edit is not a sentence, although we can fix that with some minor tweaks, such as beginning it with the word "the". 2) Your reference is unclear. Let's fix this. It's a periodical, periodicals do not have ISBN. And, by the way, it's 1961, ISBN did not exist by that time (neither did ISSN.) Here's the quote:

Philadelphia Gear Corp. — $2.5-million from General Dynamic Corp. for development of gear drives for 600 ft radio telescope being built for Navy at Sugar Grove, W. Va.
