TV Appearance[edit]
"On one television performance from the show he not only had Andrew Lloyd Webber weeping, but also managed to sell £160,000 worth of tickets to “Superstar” in half an hour!" Presumably this was the appearance on the Olivier Awards (?) where he sang "Gethsemane" cold (ie on it's own, without an on-stage build-up)? It certainly made our jaws hit the floor.
