Nothing at all here about his name change?[edit]

Where did the name Bishop come from? When and why did he change it? He made a number of recordings under the name "Bishop", and many more with the name "Kovacevich". This needs to be clarified, please. Milkunderwood (talk) 04:09, 11 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I've clarified this in the article with this source:

I see another editor has also added references to this article, which was until today completely unreferenced. The article above has a lot more biographical information, as do these:
