Reputation section[edit]

I've removed a section on reputation that was sourced to a research paper; the way in which this section was presented cherry-picked information about Caribbean medical schools as a whole, while a review of the paper itself shows that this particular school is mentioned several times but is also reflected as being one of the better ones due to foreign investment.
