Naming issue[edit]

St Bernards High School was renamed in 1999 as St. Bernards Catholic School, when the elementary and high schools were merged into one building due to declining enrollment experienced across the north coast due to the demise of the timber industry and related jobs. The article name is not correct, unless it reflects the historical existence of the school before the merger. This needs to be discussed and resolved for no other reason than to make sure the encyclopedia is correct both historically and currently. It appears an edit war has begun in the meantime. That will likely require the involvement of an administrator. Norcalal (talk) 05:42, 22 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

POV Issues abound and must be resolved.[edit]

Articles in the encyclopedia are NOT the place for cheerleading. This will have to be resolved as this is never permitted to stand. I hope current editors are able to understand why the Wikipedia does not allow articles to be written in a manner that "support" the school by including statements amounting to significant point of view issues by well-intentioned persons in the community or the school for that matter. Athletic conference[edit]

There appears to be a discrepancy between the listed conference in the article and in the article's infobox. The school's website seems to indicate that the prose in the article is correct. I have removed the reference to athletic conference in the infobox, because the name of the conference as in the body of the article is wayy big and it will make the already too large infobox just that much larger.
