Policy & Procedures[edit]

I lost a phone in another state. A good serminitan found it took it to a Authorized Sprint dealer and I've yet to receive my phone back or get a manager to get me a phone or have mine returned. This has been going on since Feb. 28th. It's been the worse nightmare ever. I've been told by a manager that the gentlement should of told me to drive back to another state to pick my phone up. That he did not have to offer to send me my phone. I offered to put in on a credit card to have the phone overnight however I was told that could not be done. I've made numerous phone calls and still today March 21st., NO PHONE!!!!

It amazes me that Sprint has no policy or procedure in place to return of someone's phone.

I challange anyone from HEADQUARTERS to call and make this right or to explain this policy or lack of policy.
