not necessarilly incomplete[edit]

What about using equirectangular projection to store the full 360x180 view ? With that you can have mostly pixel perfect views in all directions, no? --TiagoTiago (talk) 17:51, 18 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

removing mergeto template[edit]

In Nov 2008 this article was tagged for merger into Reflection mapping. More than two years of discussion (on Talk:Reflection mapping#Merging comments) resulted in only four comments, all opposed to the proposed merger. I'm removing the mergeto template now.
