Ministry job[edit]

It says here "In 1880 he requested time off from his Ministry job", but, at Emmanuel Chabrier, it says "he quit the Ministry of the Interior in 1880". Which is correct? --GuillaumeTell 01:03, 16 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

From information I could find the answer is both. On page 243 of Delage he writes to his boss asking for leave of absence to go to Munich on 10 March 1880. He then asks for various short leaves of sickness during the summer, only returning to his desk on the 1 Novembre 1880 (page 247). (Page 272) he writes a week later to ask to be released from his employment after 19 years. I hope that helps? Cg2p0B0u8m (talk) 22:11, 16 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
