Eligibility as president[edit]

I removed what appeared to be pure speculation in the text that an unrehabilitated insolvent can become president: the President of South Africa must be a member of parliament at the time of election, which rules out this possibility. --Piet Delport (talk) 15:03, 23 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
