Sweet Escape Tour with Gwen Stefani[edit]

Should it be mentioned that this song is also about Akon being responsible for losing Gwen Stefani's Verizon sponsorship on their tour (because of the 14-year old girl incident). MJB12 04:46, 19 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If it can be sourced. I removed the section because two of the articles didn't mention this song and the other was just a link to the lyrics. Original interpretations do not belong on Wikipedia. 17Drew 22:24, 21 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It was sourced, originally. The problem was the source, a TMZ story, was inaccurate, claiming that the song was an apology to Gwen Stefani. The lyrics make it clear that is not the case. Perhaps it is best to have no content instead of primary sourcing or inaccurate secondary sources, but I think that's a bit of an overzealous application of WP:OR. -SpuriousQ (talk) 10:00, 22 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
