Lots of BC town pages have this problem, some have been cleaned up; you can place {{advert}} although for a while now I've wished there was {{brochure}} for material of this tourism/town-promotion type. You can go to the notice board at WPCan (click "discussion" in the WikiProject Canada, then find the Notice Board on the menu at right) and place an item in either Articles to Improve, Cleanup Projects or Requests for Comment; it'll get people's attention; feel free to tidy it up yourself also.
