Neutrality?[edit]

The article only presents the fund's and government's "vision" and point of view, but lacks any independent coverage and a balanced third-party view on the fund, its goals, and its success (or possible flaws and failures). Some of its language, like "... that present huge opportunities for new and existing social enterprises" for example, is clearly not neutral or needs to be backed up by independent reliable sources.
